The OEM transmission mount was designed for max comfortability when daily driving, but any spirited drives or anything more aggressive the transmission has too much room to move around. This will cause that sluggish shift feel can cause potential mis-shifts. This is due to the fact the transmission mount absorbing majority of the vibrations and noise at the cost of the shifting feel.
