Description

  • For use in vehicles without ignition powered wires
  • Newer CANBUS vehicles often use computers and data to tell modules when the car is turned on rather than traditional signal wires
  • IGN-1 monitors the input voltage on a constant power line to identify when the vehicle is running and can provide an ignition switched output (up to 5A)

Installation

  • Black wire – Chassis Ground
  • Red – Constant Power (up to 24V)
  • Blue – Switched Accessory Output
