The factory midpipes and downpipes altogether vary lengthwise by almost a foot and a half, creating unevenly spaced sound pulses
R&D at AA solved this uneven sound by evening out the length of each midpipe
The AA EL is also lighter weight than factory midpipes
Recommended by AA to run the resonated version if you have catless downpipes
According to AA, the results are a tad louder, but deeper sound
